Francis Asbury Sunday School Class
Adult Sunday School

Asbury - Room 240

The Francis Asbury Class began in the 1960’s as a young adult couples class. Class members today, numbering almost 60, range in age from 40’s to upper 70’s, and include both couples and singles.  Normally we use the “Adult Bible Studies” series (Cokesbury) for weekly lessons, but occasionally have special, seasonal studies or guest speakers. Volunteer teachers from the class rotate on a weekly schedule.

The class is lead by a slate of officers who serve annual terms. There are usually at least two class socials each year.

We assist local families in need with food, clothing, and gifts during the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas seasons, and as-needed. We also support Epworth Children’s Home, Salkehatchie Summer Service, Honduras missions, and projects for the fall Apple Fest.

We welcome visitors and new members. Come join us!
